1. Access to the website

Access to this website is free of charge and requires no registration. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time, without prior notice, including for maintenance or security reasons.

Subject to these terms, GrexID SRL (in formation) grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access and view the website, and to download or print reasonable portions of its content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of GrexID.

You agree to use the website in accordance with the law, good faith and these terms. In particular, you must not:

• use the website for unlawful purposes or in a way that damages the rights or interests of third parties;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or related systems, or interfere with their normal operation;
• introduce malware or perform actions that may damage, overload or impair the website;
• modify, mirror, frame, republish or publicly display substantial parts of the website without prior written authorisation;
• extract, scrape or reuse substantial parts of the website's content without authorisation.
• remove copyright, trade mark or proprietary notices from website materials;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from any software, scripts or technical components made available through the website, except where mandatory law permits it.

All website content and the GrexID product name and branding are protected as described in the Legal Notice. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual or industrial property right to the user. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing and caching inherent to browsing is permitted; any other use requires prior written consent from GrexID SRL (in formation).

GrexID, its logos, product names, trade dress, slogans and domain names are trade marks or distinctive signs of GrexID SRL (in formation). You may not alter them, combine them with your own marks, register confusingly similar marks or domains, or imply endorsement, partnership or certification without prior written authorisation.

4. Product and performance information

Screenshots, dashboards, attack-path examples, risk scores, benchmarks, remediation previews and other product or performance information shown on the website are illustrative and may depend on configuration, data quality, directory topology, deployment model and product version.

Such information is provided to explain GrexID's capabilities at a general level and should not be relied on as a binding specification, warranty, security guarantee or substitute for an assessment of your own environment. Contractual product commitments are set out only in the applicable written agreement.

5. User submissions and feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, requests, documents or other materials through the website or by email, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the submission does not infringe third-party rights.

GrexID SRL (in formation) may use, evaluate, develop and incorporate non-confidential feedback without owing compensation, provided that any personal data contained in the submission remains processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website content is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional or contractual advice, nor an offer binding on the owner. Product characteristics described on the site may evolve; contractual terms for the GrexID product are established exclusively in the corresponding agreements.

GrexID SRL (in formation) does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the website, or that the website will be error-free, secure against every possible threat or permanently up to date. To the extent permitted by law, GrexID SRL (in formation) accepts no liability for damages arising from use of, reliance on or inability to use the website, or from third-party content reached through links.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, including mandatory consumer protection rules where they apply.

7. Force majeure

GrexID SRL (in formation) will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including network or hosting outages, cyberattacks, labour disputes, acts of public authorities, natural events, war, civil unrest or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.

8. Amendments

We may amend these terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. The version in force is the one published at the time you access the website.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms is declared void or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted, modified or severed to the minimum extent required, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

10. Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the website terms applicable to your use of grexid.eu. They do not replace any separate written agreement governing access to the GrexID product or services.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Except where a mandatory rule provides otherwise, disputes shall be submitted to the competent Belgian courts of the owner's registered office.
